Corner Sushi & Hibachi Opens on Roswell’s Market Boulevard

Corner Sushi & Hibachi has opened in Roswell, adding a Japanese restaurant with both a specialty sushi selection and cooked meals for diners who prefer hibachi, teriyaki or noodles.

The restaurant was among metro Atlanta’s August openings and occupies Suite 1370 at 1425 Market Boulevard.

The sushi bar reaches beyond familiar rolls. Its two-piece signature nigiri selections include amberjack with lime zest and yuzu, yellowtail with truffle soy and fried scallion, and Hokkaido scallop with charcoal salt, each priced at $10.99. Fatty bluefin tuna with caviar and truffle soy costs $19.99.

Those are specialty selections rather than the price of a full meal. Diners can also choose individual sushi and sashimi, rolls, hand rolls and sushi-bar entrées from the restaurant’s menu.

For groups with different tastes, the kitchen offers hibachi and teriyaki plates, tempura, fried rice, lo mein and yaki udon. A children’s menu gives families additional choices, while lunch options include maki combinations and teriyaki and tempura bento boxes.

Corner serves lunch weekdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., then reopens at 4:30 p.m. Dinner ends at 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 p.m. Friday. Weekend hours are noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and noon to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
