AGCO is recruiting a senior HR leader for its North American manufacturing organization. Duluth is one of three possible work locations, along with Hesston, Kansas, and Jackson, Minnesota; the employee must work from an AGCO facility at least four days each week. Responsibilities include workforce and talent strategy, succession planning, organizational design, employee relations and oversight of manufacturing-site HR leaders. The director will also lead labor-relations strategy and collective-bargaining negotiations across union and nonunion operations. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree and 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership in an industrial setting and direct labor-relations work. AGCO lists pay of $132,000 to $244,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility based on 25% of compensation.
