Paid Business Announcements
Businesses, nonprofits and community organizations can publish their own local news through North Atlanta Star’s Paid Business Announcements service.
Appropriate announcements include business openings, expansions, relocations, events, new hires, promotions, awards, milestones and nonprofit or community news with a genuine North Atlanta connection.
Each eligible announcement receives a permanent, shareable page in our Business Announcements section, one publishable photograph, one organization website link and editorial review. It may also receive clearly labeled rotating homepage and article-page visibility for up to three days and placement in the next available North Atlanta Star newsletter.
Our introductory price is $10 for each of the first 25 paid submissions. The regular price is $39 per announcement. Eligible and complete submissions are ordinarily reviewed and published within three business days. If North Atlanta Star declines an announcement, the payment is refunded.
Paid announcements are supplied by the organization and clearly separated from independent North Atlanta Star reporting. Purchasing an announcement does not influence editorial coverage.

Become Our Exclusive Sitewide Sponsor
One organization at a time can become the exclusive sponsor of North Atlanta Star.
The sponsor receives a prominent acknowledgment before every article published across the site. The message can include the organization’s name, logo, a short introduction and one direct link or call to action.
While the sponsorship is active, North Atlanta Star activates Zen Reading for all readers. Google ads, overlay advertising, article offers and competing promotional messages are removed. Readers receive a cleaner publication, made possible by one clearly identified local sponsor.
This gives the sponsor more than conventional advertising. It creates a visible association between the organization and a calmer, independent source of local reporting.

Only one sitewide sponsorship is available at a time. Sponsorship begins at $1,500 per month, with an initial three-month commitment recommended.

Category Sponsorships
Businesses seeking a more focused audience may sponsor an individual North Atlanta Star category, such as Food & Drink, real estate and development, weekend coverage, home services or relocation resources.
A category sponsor receives consistent recognition across articles within the selected section without purchasing the entire sitewide sponsorship. Category availability is limited, and only one primary sponsor is accepted within each participating section.
This option works particularly well for businesses whose services closely match the interests of readers visiting a specific category.

Sponsored Business Stories
A sponsored business story introduces readers to a company, its founders, services and connection to the North Atlanta community.
These stories are professionally prepared in the North Atlanta Star style and clearly identified as sponsored. They are most useful for restaurants, local shops, family businesses, healthcare and wellness providers, home-service companies and other organizations with a meaningful story to tell.
Sponsored stories may also include homepage visibility, internal recommendations, social sharing and newsletter consideration, depending on the arrangement.
Give an Existing Story More Visibility
If North Atlanta Star has already published an eligible article about your business, a Local Story Visibility Boost can help more readers discover it.
The article may receive temporary homepage placement, recommendations from other stories, rotating promotion across the site and an advertising-free reading experience during the campaign.
Visibility boosts are available for three, five or seven days. Purchasing additional visibility does not influence the article or North Atlanta Star’s editorial coverage.
Featured Placement in Local Guides
Selected service providers may receive featured placement within relevant North Atlanta Star guides and directories.
