Strategy & Transformation Manager

AGCO is hiring an onsite manager in Duluth to support North American strategy and transformation work, initially centered on the company’s distribution-network program. The employee will coordinate program timelines and dependencies, define and track performance measures, prepare senior-management materials, develop project plans and financial business cases, and help manage dealer-performance and contract-renewal work. The role also touches strategic initiatives involving agriculture and artificial intelligence. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree and two to five years of experience supporting large programs. AGCO prefers backgrounds in agriculture, business-to-business sales and distribution or consulting. The full-time permanent position is based at the Duluth operation rather than remote.
