Sr Manager, Indirect Procurement, NA

The Sr Manager, Indirect Procurement, NA leads AGCO’s indirect purchasing strategy across North America from the Duluth headquarters. The manager oversees procurement professionals, advises senior leaders on sourcing and supplier decisions, and works to reduce cost, improve supplier performance and manage commercial risk across multiple spending categories. The position also leads procurement-process improvements, digital tools and governance changes. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or a related field; an MBA is preferred. AGCO requires at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or commercial management, including experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization. The schedule calls for at least four onsite days each week.
