Assist arriving and departing hotel guests with luggage, transportation needs and everyday requests at the Westin Atlanta Gwinnett. Duties include escorting guests to rooms, checking accommodations, storing belongings securely and explaining hotel services and nearby attractions. The role requires clear communication, careful organization and a welcoming manner in busy reception areas. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred rather than required. Applicants must be available for varying hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a full-time position with Concord Hospitality.
