Front Desk Associate – Lawrenceville

Welcome customers and pets at the Lawrenceville resort, organize arrivals and departures and process payments. Front-desk associates answer phone calls and email, relay requests to resort staff and help coordinate veterinary-service arrivals. The position includes hands-on animal work, such as walking pets, adjusting harnesses and preparing suites, as well as maintaining the lobby and supporting cat-room routines. Applicants need one to two years of customer-service experience and strong communication and recordkeeping skills. The job requires extended standing and walking, comfort around dogs of all sizes and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. This part-time role starts at $13.00 an hour and requires availability around days, nights, weekends, holidays and peak demand.
