North Atlanta Early Voting Starts Oct. 13. Registration Closes Monday.

Early voting in North Atlanta begins October 13 and runs through October 30. Voters must register by October 5 and can vote at various locations in Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties before Election Day.

North Atlanta residents planning to vote in the Nov. 3 election have a nearer deadline to check: Monday, Oct. 5, is the last day to register.

Early voting begins Tuesday, Oct. 13, and ends Friday, Oct. 30. Voters can check their registration, review their sample ballot and find their assigned Election Day precinct through Georgia’s My Voter Page.

During early voting, residents may use any open advance-voting location within their own county. A nearby site across the county line is not an option. On Election Day, voters must go to their assigned precinct.

Fulton County

Fulton’s early-voting hours are 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. on Saturdays and noon–5 p.m. on Sundays during the Oct. 13–30 period.

Alpharetta Library, 10 Park Plaza.

Milton Library, 855 Mayfield Road.

Northeast Spruill Oaks Library, 9560 Spruill Road, Johns Creek.

Forsyth County

South Forsyth voters should check their destination carefully this fall. Johns Creek Baptist Church is replacing Sharon Springs Park Community Building as an advance-voting location because of construction at the park. The change takes effect with the November elections.

Consult Forsyth County’s advance-voting schedule for the hours and locations available on your chosen day. Sunday voting on Oct. 18 is limited to the elections office, from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Gwinnett County

Gwinnett’s advance-voting schedule runs Oct. 13–30, from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Options serving northern and western Gwinnett include:

George Pierce Park Community Recreation Center, 55 Buford Highway, Suwanee.

Shorty Howell Park Activity Building, 2750 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth.

Pinckneyville Park Community Recreation Center, 4650 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, Berkeley Lake.

Bogan Park Community Recreation Center, 2723 North Bogan Road, Buford.

Registered Gwinnett voters may use any site on the county’s advance-voting list.

What to Bring

Bring an accepted photo ID. Options include a Georgia driver’s license, even if expired, or another identification document accepted under Georgia’s voter ID requirements.

For those voting by mail, Oct. 23 is the absentee-ballot application deadline. Completed ballots must arrive by 7 p.m. on Nov. 3. Election Day polls are open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Keep it. Pass it on.
