Associate, Production Technical Operations

Alcon is hiring an Associate in Production Technical Operations at its Johns Creek manufacturing site. The employee will set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, monitor output quality, keep daily production records and analyze manufacturing data for performance gaps. The role also supports nonconformance investigations, corrective and preventive actions, reporting and continuous-improvement projects while following regulated GxP procedures and documentation standards. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication skills and three years of relevant experience. Machine-operation experience, advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, CAPA work or manufacturing data analysis are preferred. The onsite schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Alcon does not offer sponsorship or relocation assistance. Applications are scheduled to close Nov. 23.
