Management Trainee

Cintas offers a full-time, first-shift management-training position in Buford with rotations through sales, production and warehouse operations, office administration and service management. Trainees work with managers on customer relationships, service problems, sales analysis and projects aimed at improving operations. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree or expect to obtain one within six months. Before starting, candidates must be at least 21, hold an active driver’s license, obtain the required Department of Transportation medical certification and provide previous-employment documentation. Internship experience, a related academic major and leadership activities are preferred. The posting also seeks willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
