Store Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of the Ross store on Riverside Parkway in Lawrenceville. The manager oversees customer service, merchandise flow, checkout operations, staffing and loss prevention while working within sales, expense and payroll targets. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing employees, preparing schedules, coaching performance, maintaining safety standards and organizing inventory activities. Applicants need at least five years of retail store-management experience, the ability to communicate in English and the judgment to resolve operational and personnel issues. The full-time job requires availability for evening and weekend work. It is intended for an experienced retail leader who can direct several work areas and keep a team focused on store priorities.
