An intimate Italian restaurant in Johns Creek, a longtime Roswell favorite and a Thai dining spot in Milton are among the restaurants on OpenTable’s September Diners’ Choice list for Fulton.
Trattoria one41, di Paolo and Yum! Thai Cuisine & Bar appear on the reservation platform’s Best Overall list for Fulton, alongside restaurants serving everything from sushi to French and Persian cuisine.
The list draws on diner reviews. OpenTable says it analyzes nearly 2 million reviews worldwide from the preceding four months, sorting results by location and category.
Two Italian favorites and a Milton Thai spot
In Johns Creek, Trattoria one41 offers traditional and seasonal Italian cooking in a compact dining room with about 20 tables and a bar. Chef Marc Sublette leads the kitchen, with outdoor seating available in pleasant weather.
In Roswell, di Paolo has been serving Italian food since 1995. Its seasonally changing menu combines classic dishes with contemporary touches under executive chef Darin Hiebel.

Yum! Thai Cuisine & Bar brings Thai food to downtown Milton, with a full bar, mezzanine and patio seating. Its inclusion gives readers another option beyond the Italian restaurants and steakhouses represented on the list.
A starting point for dinner plans
The September selection also includes Sandy Springs restaurants Cibo e Beve, Kaiser’s Chophouse, Taka Sushi, La Petite Maison and Zafron.
For readers choosing their next dinner spot, the list offers ideas across several cuisines. The recognition reflects feedback from OpenTable diners rather than a comprehensive review of every restaurant in Fulton, and selections can change as the platform updates its results.
