Customer Service Representative

Cintas is recruiting a full-time customer-service representative for first-shift work in Lawrenceville. The employee will answer incoming calls, contact customers to gather information or resolve problems, enter account information, prepare invoices and reports, and help reconcile accounts. Processing new accounts and orders is also part of the job. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer-service experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with experience handling substantial call volumes, supporting business accounts, proofreading documents and using Microsoft Office. The position serves both external customers and colleagues within the company.
