KFC Assistant General Manager

KBP Foods is hiring an assistant general manager for its KFC restaurant on Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell. The manager helps lead daily operations, trains and schedules employees, handles guest concerns and oversees inventory and cash procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining food-safety and cleanliness standards and managing labor and food costs. Applicants must be at least 18 and have at least one year of assistant general manager experience in food service or retail with profit-and-loss responsibility. Quick-service restaurant experience is preferred. Candidates must be available to close at least two nights each week and perform active restaurant work involving standing, walking, lifting and equipment use.
