Assoc Director – Analytics And Decision Intelligence

AT&T is hiring an associate director to lead analytics and decision-intelligence work at its Alpharetta office. The leader will manage multidisciplinary teams spanning business intelligence, applied data science, AI-enabled products and front-end engineering. Responsibilities include setting analytical-product strategy, turning infrastructure and cloud data into decision tools, and developing dashboards, conversational experiences and recommendations for technical and executive users. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, with 10 or more preferred, plus experience leading technical teams in complex enterprises. Strong knowledge of analytics, visualization, AI, cloud infrastructure and platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake or Databricks is expected. The role is onsite five days a week, pays $171,000 to $287,200 annually and includes health coverage, a 401(k), tuition reimbursement and paid leave.
