Business Controller

ANDRITZ is seeking a business controller in Alpharetta to oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, project controlling and analysis for U.S. and Canadian divisions. The controller will guide financial strategy, support audits, monitor working capital, manage the controlling team and present results to executives and other stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least 10 years of progressively responsible finance, accounting or audit experience, ideally in a large international company. A master’s degree or CPA is preferred. The role also requires supervisory ability, financial-statement and corporate-reporting skills, strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system. The schedule is hybrid, with Tuesday through Thursday in the Alpharetta office and Monday and Friday remote. Occasional domestic and international travel is required. Compensation is not disclosed.
