Lead Content Strategist

ADP is recruiting a hybrid lead strategist to connect business priorities with content used by employees, clients and artificial-intelligence systems. The employee will advise business units, lead discovery sessions, maintain content roadmaps, assess gaps and outdated material, set governance and measurement standards, and work with architecture, analytics, product and operations teams. Applicants need at least eight to 10 years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, content design, content operations or digital-experience strategy. The position also calls for senior stakeholder consulting, portfolio planning, information-architecture awareness and an understanding of metadata, taxonomy, search performance and AI readiness. Experience with Salesforce Knowledge, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, SharePoint, Databricks or structured-content systems is helpful. ADP lists a salary range of $93,400 to $230,000 a year and describes medical, retirement, disability and paid-time-off benefits.
