Sr. Lead Product Manager – StandOut by ADP

ADP’s StandOut team is seeking a senior product leader for its employee-engagement and talent-management platform. The hybrid role is tied to the Alpharetta office and is not remote. Responsibilities include setting product strategy, translating customer feedback into roadmaps, managing priorities and backlogs, defining performance measures, coordinating releases and working with executives, designers, data scientists and engineers. The manager is also expected to build prototypes with tools such as VS Code, GitHub Copilot and Kiro CLI and to understand agentic development and responsible artificial-intelligence practices. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least seven years of client-facing product-management experience in consumer products, learning and development, marketplaces, talent management or HR technology. ADP prefers experience creating generative-AI applications, supporting global markets and taking new products from concept through launch. No pay range was disclosed.
