Toll Brothers Starts Site Work on Cloverhill at Cumming City Center

Site work is underway on a new neighborhood beside Cumming City Center, where Toll Brothers plans a mix of townhomes and detached houses with sales expected to begin in spring 2027.

Cloverhill at Cumming City Center is being developed at 519 Canton Road, putting future residents within walking distance of the City Center’s restaurants, shops, amphitheater and public gathering spaces.

The community will be divided into three collections. Alder will offer three-story townhomes of more than 1,900 square feet, with prices anticipated to begin in the mid-$500,000s. Juniper will feature larger townhomes starting at more than 2,600 square feet, with anticipated prices in the mid-$600,000s.

The Wildflower collection will add detached single-family homes of more than 2,300 square feet, with prices expected to begin in the upper $600,000s.

Plans also call for a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, cabana and community gathering areas. Two decorated model homes are expected to be available when the neighborhood opens for sales next spring.

The project expands the residential side of Cumming City Center, which already includes the nearby Garden District. The City Center describes Cloverhill as a village designed to connect directly with its restaurants, entertainment and public spaces while retaining a more traditional neighborhood setting.

That walkable connection is the notable piece of the project. Rather than another subdivision separated from commercial areas by a major road, Cloverhill is being built directly beside one of Cumming’s main gathering places, giving future residents the option to reach dining, concerts, shopping and community events on foot.

Cloverhill is also close to Highway 20 and Ga. 400. Toll Brothers has not announced a specific sales-opening date beyond spring 2027.
