Duluth Multi-Employer Job Fair Set for Thursday at Pleasant Hill Career Center

North Atlanta job seekers can meet multiple employers Thursday, Sept. 24, during a two-hour hiring event at Goodwill of North Georgia’s Pleasant Hill Career Center in Duluth.

The multi-employer job fair runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1502 Pleasant Hill Road. Prospective attendees can call 770-564-2447 to confirm event details and ask about registration.

A participating-employer list, job count and pay ranges have not been released. Applicants should be prepared to ask each recruiter where the available positions are based, whether they are full- or part-time, what schedules are required and how the employer’s application process continues after the fair.

Bringing several résumé copies will allow candidates to approach more than one employer. A short list of preferred jobs and available working hours can also help recruiters quickly determine whether an opening is a possible match.

The Pleasant Hill Career Center provides support beyond Thursday’s event. Job seekers can use its computers, review local openings and receive help with résumés, cover letters, career preparation and coaching.
