Quest Diagnostics Hiring Across North Atlanta, With Phlebotomy Pay Starting at $21.70

Quest Diagnostics is recruiting for health care positions in Alpharetta, Cumming and Roswell, including full-time phlebotomy jobs with starting pay above $21 an hour.

These are active openings rather than an announced future hiring plan. Each has a direct application page, although Quest has not published application deadlines.

The Alpharetta Phlebotomist II position pays at least $22.36 an hour. The on-site schedule runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

A Roswell opening starts at $21.70 an hour and has varying weekday hours between 7:15 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. The Cumming position also starts at $21.70, with regular hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

All three require a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. Medical-assistant or paramedic training and phlebotomy certification are preferred. Applicants also need data-entry skills and may be asked to work weekends, holidays, overtime or on call when staffing requires it.

The work extends beyond drawing blood. Employees collect and process specimens, confirm electronic orders, enter billing information, prepare samples for transport and maintain supplies and sanitation standards.

Full-time employees working at least 30 hours may qualify for medical, dental and vision coverage beginning on their first day. Other disclosed benefits include paid time off, education assistance and a 401(k) match of up to 5% after 12 months.

Quest is also seeking a Precision Oncology Account Executive assigned to Alpharetta. That hybrid, field-based sales role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of strategic account-management experience and three or more years in oncology biotechnology, laboratory, pathology or diagnostic sales. No base salary is disclosed, but the position includes a company vehicle and uncapped quarterly incentives.
