1. Tell us whom you need
Submit information about your business, the available position, its location, compensation, schedule and application requirements.
2. We create your hiring notice
If the opening meets our guidelines, North Atlanta Star may publish a dedicated hiring notice and introduce it to relevant readers through our local news and employment coverage.
The basic notice is free. There is no publication charge and no obligation to purchase advertising.
3. Candidates respond through North Atlanta Star
Interested readers can submit their contact information and qualifications through a North Atlanta Star form. With their permission, we will share their information with your business.
You control the interview, screening and hiring process.
4. We succeed when you hire
If your business hires a candidate first introduced through North Atlanta Star, an agreed success fee becomes payable only after that employee completes 30 days of work.
The amount will be confirmed with you in writing before the hiring notice is published.
If no one is hired through North Atlanta Star, there is no success fee. If the employee leaves before completing 30 days, no fee is charged.
