ADP Opens New Alpharetta Roles in AI Content, Product Strategy and Internships

ADP is hiring at its Windward Parkway operation in Alpharetta for three markedly different positions: a senior content strategist, a product leader and a spring internship for students nearing graduation.

The highest disclosed salary belongs to the lead content strategist opening. ADP gives a range of $93,400 to $230,000 a year, although the eventual offer will depend on location, experience and other factors.

This is not primarily a writing job. The strategist will decide how information is organized, governed and measured for employees, clients and artificial-intelligence systems. The work includes content audits, long-term planning, search performance, metadata, taxonomy and preparing company knowledge for use by AI tools.

Applicants need at least eight to 10 years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, content design, content operations or a related field. Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Knowledge, SharePoint and Databricks is helpful. Alpharetta is one of seven possible locations, and the position is designated hybrid.

A second hybrid opening is based specifically at the Alpharetta office. The senior lead product manager for StandOut by ADP will guide a platform focused on employee engagement, leadership and talent management.

The position combines traditional product management with hands-on AI work. ADP wants someone who can set strategy, manage product priorities, study customer feedback and build prototypes using tools including VS Code, GitHub Copilot and Kiro CLI.

Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least seven years of client-facing product-management experience. Experience with HR technology, talent-management products and generative-AI applications is preferred. ADP did not disclose a salary for this opening.

The most accessible of the three positions is the OneADP spring 2027 internship. Applicants must have completed at least three years of a four-year bachelor’s program, with May 2027 graduates preferred.

Interns will work on projects, learn how ADP supports business clients and participate in professional-development and leadership activities. The posting does not provide a usable pay figure. It displays a zero-dollar placeholder while stating that actual compensation will meet applicable wage requirements.

The content-strategy role was posted Aug. 24, the internship Aug. 31 and the product-management position Sept. 2. None has a published application deadline, so qualified candidates may want to apply while the individual postings remain active.

ADP has not announced a larger Alpharetta expansion or a specific hiring target. These are individual openings, not a promise of broader job creation. Together, however, they offer a current look at the kind of corporate work available along the Windward Parkway corridor—and how quickly AI skills are spreading beyond conventional software-engineering jobs.
