Truth Be Told Adds Sunday Brunch as Roswell Restaurant Resets Its Menu
Truth Be Told in Roswell begins serving Sunday brunch on August 9 with a French-inspired menu. The restaurant also updated its dinner menu and atmosphere to be more relaxed while keeping its award-winning wine list.

Major local stories and useful updates, once a week.
Truth Be Told is giving Roswell diners another reason to visit Canton Street on Sunday mornings.
The downtown restaurant will launch weekly brunch August 9, serving from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The menu will include smoked-salmon tartine, quiche Florentine, Croque Madame, omelets and pastries, adding a French influence to the familiar weekend-brunch format.
The new service follows a broader overhaul at Truth Be Told, which opened in 2025 at 1104 Canton Street. Owner Jonathan Yu worked with Blue Orbit Restaurant Consulting and chefs Kevin Maxey and Joe Alessandroni to revise both the menu and the restaurant’s service style.
Dinner now leans toward approachable American-French cooking, with dishes including steak frites au poivre, steamed Prince Edward Island mussels and half-roasted chicken. Smaller plates include pink snapper crudo, lobster mimosa and barbecue octopus, while desserts range from crème brûlée to crêpe Suzette and chocolate mousse.
The restaurant is also moving away from some of the formality of its original concept, aiming for a more relaxed experience without abandoning its polished food and cocktail program. Its existing wine list, recognized with a 2026 Wine Spectator award, remains in place.
Truth Be Told serves dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Reservations are encouraged for both dinner and the new Sunday brunch. Truth Be Told restaurant information and details on the menu overhaul
