Renovated king guest room with large windows at Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners

Atlanta Marriott Peachtree Corners has completed a property-wide renovation at 475 Technology Parkway, refreshing its guestrooms, event areas and leisure amenities while introducing a new restaurant and bar concept.

The renovation announced Oct. 22 brought contemporary furnishings and finishes to the guestrooms. Meeting rooms and pre-function areas were also modernized, giving the hotel an updated setting for conferences, business gatherings and social events.

The 222-room hotel has nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space across nine rooms, including a banquet room that can accommodate 240 people. Its location in Technology Park places it near several of the city’s major corporate offices and employment centers.

The project also added an M Club lounge and redesigned the fitness center with new equipment. Improvements extend to the indoor pool and adjoining outdoor patio.

For local diners, the most visible addition is Exchange 475, a reworked American restaurant and bar with a new name, menu and dining room. The menu includes tacos, flatbreads, handhelds, the Marriott Classic Burger and peach cobbler.

The Exchange 475 bar has 14 draft lines, four reserved for rotating local beers. It is open daily from 5 to 11 p.m.

The restaurant serves breakfast from 6 to 10:30 a.m. weekdays and from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Dinner is served daily from 5 to 11 p.m.
