Darchin Mediterranean Begins Hiring in Peachtree Corners

Darchin Mediterranean Cuisine is opening soon in Peachtree Corners, hiring servers and bartenders for its full-service restaurant blending Persian, Greek, and Italian dishes.

A new full-service Mediterranean restaurant is moving closer to opening in Peachtree Corners.

Darchin Mediterranean Cuisine is preparing a restaurant at 5005 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 860. The business began recruiting servers and bartenders on Sept. 17, a sign that it is assembling its opening team.

The restaurant plans to bring together Persian, Greek and Italian flavors rather than follow a single regional tradition. Specific dishes and prices have not been released, but the combination could distinguish Darchin from the kebab shops and fast-casual Mediterranean restaurants more commonly found around North Atlanta.

Hiring bartenders also points to a substantial beverage program and a more traditional sit-down experience.

The Peachtree Parkway address places Darchin in the same retail center as Henri’s Bakery and Moe’s Original BBQ. The suite has been occupied by Lon U Chinese and Thai, whose online ordering service remained active as of Sept. 20, suggesting the restaurant transition is not yet complete.

Darchin joined Peachtree Corners’ roster of newly registered full-service restaurants in August. The city’s new-business report also included Dumpling Master, which has since opened at Town Center, and the future Thai Candle Seafood & Bar at The Forum.

An opening date, regular hours and complete menu have not been announced. Darchin Mediterranean Cuisine is planned for Suite 860 at 5005 Peachtree Parkway.

Keep it. Pass it on.
