Jeff’s Bagel Run Opens First Forsyth County Shop

Jeff’s Bagel Run has launched its first shop in Forsyth County at 5610 Bethelview Road in Cumming, offering freshly made bagels, cream cheese spreads, and coffee daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Jeff’s Bagel Run opened its first Forsyth County shop Friday, Oct. 2, bringing freshly made bagels, spreads and coffee to west Forsyth.

The restaurant is at 5610 Bethelview Road in Cumming, near the intersection of Bethelview and Castleberry roads. The Cumming location is open from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily and accepts advance orders.

Bagels are made from scratch, boiled and baked inside the shop throughout the day. The menu includes traditional choices such as plain, everything, sesame and cinnamon raisin alongside asiago, jalapeño cheddar, rosemary salt and rotating specialty flavors.

Customers can pair them with signature and seasonal cream cheese spreads, coffee and other specialty beverages.

The Cumming shop is Jeff’s Bagel Run’s second metro Atlanta location, following an Acworth store. It adds a dedicated early-morning breakfast option to a west Forsyth commercial district gaining new restaurants and services as surrounding neighborhoods grow.

Jeff’s Bagel Run began in Ocoee, Florida, in 2020. After co-founder Jeff Perera lost his job, he began learning to make traditional boiled-and-baked bagels at the suggestion of his wife, Danielle. The couple initially sold them to friends and neighbors before opening a storefront.

The company has since expanded rapidly. Its national directory now includes 41 operating shops, with a goal of reaching 50 by the end of 2026.

Keep it. Pass it on.
