Alpharetta has a new business devoted almost entirely to the art of building the grazing board.
Graze Craze opened Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 670 N. Main St., Suite 107, in Stonewood Village. The 1,400-square-foot shop specializes in charcuterie boards, boxes and catering built around meats, cheeses, produce, house-made dips, crackers and sweets.
The Alpharetta location is owned by Sara and Scott McNabb. Scott McNabb is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and the couple are bringing backgrounds in marketing, sales and brand development to their first Graze Craze business.
Unlike a traditional delicatessen or café, Graze Craze is designed primarily around food meant to be shared.
Customers can order boards for family gatherings, birthdays, office meetings, gifts and larger events, with options ranging from traditional meat-and-cheese combinations to vegetarian, brunch and dessert arrangements. Dietary accommodations include gluten-free, keto and vegetarian choices.

That format gives the shop a somewhat unusual place in Alpharetta’s food scene. It is not quite a restaurant and not simply a catering company. Customers can pick up smaller boxes for a few people, order larger boards for a party or arrange catering built around the same grazing-table approach.
The location also puts Graze Craze just north of downtown Alpharetta, along a North Main Street corridor that serves both nearby neighborhoods and the commercial areas surrounding downtown.
For local customers, the concept is likely to be most useful when the food itself is part of an event rather than the reason for going out. A board can arrive at a house, office or gathering ready to serve, eliminating much of the preparation that normally goes into assembling appetizers for a group.

Graze Craze has locations across the country, including several elsewhere in Georgia, but this is its first Alpharetta shop. The company’s official location page now lists the North Main Street store as open for pickup and delivery.
The Alpharetta menu includes classic boards with cured meats and cheeses, vegetarian spreads built around seasonal produce and dips, and sweet boards featuring items such as chocolates, cookies and fruit. Smaller individual options are available as well.
The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders for Sunday and Monday are available by appointment.
