OneDay in Paris Opens in Downtown Alpharetta With Bakery, Bistro and Wine Bar Under One Roof
OneDay in Paris opened in downtown Alpharetta with a bakery, café, bistro, and wine bar all in one space offering all-day French dining options.

Major local stories and useful updates, once a week.
Downtown Alpharetta has gained a new French restaurant that is trying to be more than a dinner destination.
OneDay in Paris is now open at 35 Milton Ave., Suite A, inside The Hamilton Alpharetta hotel, combining a bakery, café, full-service restaurant, wine program and cocktail bar in one space. The concept is designed to change with the hour: coffee and pastries in the morning, lunch through the middle of the day, then dinner, wine and cocktails into the evening.
The restaurant was founded by three French partners who grew up around café culture and later lived in Paris, Bordeaux, Los Angeles and New York before settling in Alpharetta. Their goal is not to recreate Paris as a theme, but to bring some of the rhythm of a neighborhood French café into downtown Alpharetta.
That means the bakery is central to the operation rather than an add-on.

Croissants, pain au chocolat, almond and pistachio croissants, brioche specialties, baguettes, country loaves and sourdough are prepared in-house. Pastry Chef Mathieu Garcia oversees the pâtisserie program, while head baker Romain Cloute Cazalaa is a graduate of Compagnons du Devoir, the French vocational organization known for training in traditional crafts.
The kitchen moves in a different direction later in the day.
Executive Chef Remi Granger is leading a menu built around modern French bistro cooking, with dishes including French onion soup, steak frites, duck confit, scallops, salmon à la Basque, croque monsieur and crème brûlée. The restaurant also serves brunch on weekends.
Wine is another major part of the concept. Two French sommeliers oversee the program, including professionals with experience at Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, while the bar leans toward French apéritif culture and European-style cocktails.
What may distinguish OneDay in Paris most in Alpharetta is its all-day format.
Downtown has become increasingly strong at dinner, but there are fewer places designed to function equally well for a morning pastry, a long lunch, an afternoon coffee, an early glass of wine and a full dinner without changing addresses.

The restaurant opens at 8 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Tuesday through Thursday it remains open until 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday until 11 p.m.; and Sunday until 3 p.m. Lunch is served Tuesday through Friday, dinner Tuesday through Saturday, and brunch Saturday and Sunday. The restaurant is closed Mondays.
The Hamilton sits directly in downtown Alpharetta, close to the Town Green and within walking distance of the broader restaurant and shopping district. That gives hotel guests an immediate dining option while also placing the restaurant within easy reach of residents who may come only for coffee, pastries or dinner.
