John Oates will bring The Good Road Band to the Lawrenceville Arts Center on April 29, 2027, joining a spring concert lineup that also includes The Celtic Tenors and a Stephen Sondheim tribute starring Broadway performer Nicholas Rodriguez.
Tickets are on sale for all three shows in the LIVE at the LAC series. Each begins at 7:30 p.m. on the Clyde & Sandra Strickland Grand Stage in downtown Lawrenceville.
Oates, who formed Hall & Oates with Daryl Hall, will draw from his solo work and the pop, rock and R&B songs of his longer career. The duo’s hits include “You Make My Dreams,” “Maneater” and “Sara Smile.” His more recent work includes the solo album Oates, released in 2025.
The Celtic Tenors perform first, on Monday, March 15, two days before St. Patrick’s Day. The Irish trio combines classical singing with traditional Irish music, folk and contemporary pop. Its current lineup is Matthew Gilsenan, Daryl Simpson and George Hutton.
Rodriguez follows on Saturday, March 20, with Sincerely, Sondheim. The concert pairs songs from Company, Sunday in the Park with George and Into the Woods with stories drawn from Sondheim’s letters to fans and colleagues. Rodriguez appeared in the Broadway revival of Company.
Oates and The Good Road Band close out the three newly announced dates on Thursday, April 29.
Seats can be purchased through the individual concert pages. Drivers can use the Purple Deck at 147 E. Crogan St. for parking.
For a nearer date on the same stage, Maggie Baugh performs November 14, with Caroline Keller opening.
