EōS Fitness Plans First Forsyth County Gym Near McFarland Parkway

A new national fitness chain is preparing to enter Forsyth County with a large 24-hour gym near McFarland Parkway and Union Hill Road.

EōS Fitness plans to open at 700 McFarland Parkway, on the southwestern corner of the intersection near Milton. The company is targeting a 2027 opening, bringing one of its first Georgia gyms to the fast-growing commercial corridor between South Forsyth and Alpharetta.

The gym will anchor a new retail development and introduce a fitness model built around expansive strength-training areas, cardio equipment, group classes and recovery amenities at comparatively low membership prices. EōS locations typically operate around the clock, allowing members to work out outside conventional business hours.

The company’s facilities generally span about 40,000 to 50,000 square feet. Depending on the location, amenities can include indoor turf, saunas, cold plunges, massage chairs, infrared recovery options and dedicated areas for filming workouts. EōS has built its brand around combining those features with entry-level memberships that begin at roughly the price of many basic gyms.

That combination could give the new gym broad appeal in South Forsyth, where large fitness clubs, specialized studios and neighborhood gyms already compete for a growing population. The McFarland Parkway location will sit close to Ga. 400 and within a short drive of communities in Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming and the southern end of Forsyth County.

Its arrival will also add another major tenant to a corridor that has steadily shifted from light industrial and office uses toward restaurants, services and consumer-oriented development. McFarland Parkway now serves not only nearby employers but thousands of residents traveling between Forsyth County and North Fulton.

EōS is still a relatively unfamiliar name in Georgia, but the company has ambitious plans for the state. It announced an intention to develop more than 50 Georgia gyms over a decade, with its first Atlanta-area locations expected to begin opening in 2027.

The chain has expanded rapidly elsewhere in the Sun Belt, particularly in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada and Texas. Its clubs tend to be larger and more amenity-heavy than traditional budget gyms, placing the company in the widening space between basic workout facilities and high-priced athletic clubs.

For Forsyth County residents, the project adds a new choice at a time when fitness concepts are becoming an increasingly visible part of suburban retail development. Gyms can fill large spaces that conventional stores no longer want, while also generating steady traffic early in the morning, late at night and throughout the week.

Construction and membership-enrollment details have not yet been announced. EōS currently lists the McFarland Parkway gym as coming in 2027, with 24-hour operation planned once it opens.
